i think it'd be nice to visit scarborough bluffs if weather is hot. in many ways, a week in Toronto is a lot. should spend at least one day at niagara falls region, that place is a tourist trap but tourist trap for good reason. and niagara-on-the-lake is still very nice. or visit Kingston...

i was also gonna say, that the high speed rail link between toronto and hamilton's airports is an excellent idea. much better than a new airport in pickering

it'd be so awesome if those silos finally go... they're certainly ugly... and i don't think we need to be afraid of a 50 storey over there if it's a matter of "too soon"... if it'll happen eventually, then i'd rather not wait for the intensification... the faster the better.

the CNE is definitely an attraction for locals only... just as I wouldn't friggin care to visit PNE if I was in Vancouver. CNE should move to like downsview or something.

looks quite good to me, but totally not what i had in mind when the Liverpool Cloud was initially mentioned... definitely not as iconic. (but better than Corus and Four Seasons and whatever else Jack Diamond's done). it'd be kinda cool to see how the hotel/condo/offices will look like and...

how can Miller boast Jack Diamond as on the same level of appeal as Alsop?!?!?! that drives me so mad. for me, i'm serious when i say Miller has lost a lot of points just for saying that... Diamond should be banned from doing more projects in this city and four seasons should really be torn down...

we just need to be known for something. which we are not (and don't tell me multiculturalism). beauty: give it up with scenery cuz we just don't have it. the toronto culture: really nothing special to tourists unless you pick at it real bad. we can't even be thought of as a shopping mecca...

we really need to use the fact that we have the Niagara Falls area (not just the falls but the casino-entertainment district down there) as kinda like Toronto's playground. that and food in toronto (multiculturalism is not a tourism draw, but the food diversity that results is!)

WOW everything looks great and that's an amazing rendering! 2 areas most need redevelopment planning from this point on: island airport, and the large area east of portlands just hope they can also speed things up... can't wait.
