Are developers willing to throw in upgrades for free rather then adjust the price (-1/2% off purchase price)? Has anyone ever tried to get a few unpgrades thrown in ?..what happend ?

Does anyone know why the lights that light up the city hall's exterior have been off for 5 months? It's a shame to see a city land mark not lit up at night !

We are still cheaper than most cities !!! Look at Vancouver !!!! $600-$700 psf....Toronto is still a deal considering its the largest city in Canada! Prices will only continue to head upword !

I went to Woodbine Centre last week....it was gross! That mall is dying a slow death........ Why would anyone in there right mind shop there ! Most of the stores there are flea market-ish.... Well I guess the managment is desperate to fill spots, so they will lease out to any one!

Its just a poorly run mall with 3rd class stores !....Its called "Hoodbine" mall to the locals ! The mall is a joke !!! I would never shop there !

No I bought during ression........17th floor, east view, 1 bed + den, 781 sqf, 9ft ceilings ..and yes ensuite bathroom....and of course parking/locker ! Thanks for you input!

That price ($400,000) does include parking and locker .....Actually, the price of that paticular condo was going for $460,000 pre ression ! Great Gulf then droped the price by $60,000 when the ression hit ...... Now that construction had started , the price has been jacked back up to $460...

Woodbine Centre Does anyone know what's happening to this ghetto mall?..Woodbine use to be the pride of Etobicoke in the 80's and early 90... now its managed poorly with cheaper owners I guess!!!

From the looks of the building, it seems to be tinted all tinted glass through out !...Can anybody confim this ? Nice looking building however !
