I heard from a friend that that TD just signed on to split the LCBO location.TD to get the King St Front, while LCBO will take the Spadina/King St corner . It looks like its going to be a very small LCBO location

With a Winners being built at Queen/Portland, I would suspect the Winners here at King/Spadina will close down! Hence in 3 yrs possibly expanding the LCBO.

Well the way King St is being built up, I'm sure many of those "posh" stores will open up near or around Tiff lightbox/King st W.

I've purchased and am currently living in a new Camrost building downtown....Although most of their buildings look "cool", Camrost is the cheapest builder out there...the quailty of paint,drywall,and especially the finishes of the builing and suites are very poor quality and ....well...
