Pickering Porsche Experience Centre Toronto | ?m | ?s | Porsche Cars Canada | HOK

Admittedly it's niche, but there is a market for driving and experiencing exotic cars (eg. https://gtaexotics.ca/) as well as taking classes for advanced driving techniques -- people will make day trips and outings out of it. Having a track included opens up the possibility of hosting other car...

Pickering Porsche Experience Centre Toronto | ?m | ?s | Porsche Cars Canada | HOK

More like a tourist/entertainment attraction (at the casino) than a dealership

    Hamilton 325 James Street North | 45.7m | 12s | Core Urban Inc. | Lintack Architects

I guess it is already butting up against a 2.5 floor house that will already block the majority of that wall

    Hamilton Lincoln Alexander Hall | 59.31m | 15s | Knightstone | Diamond Schmitt

There's already plans for that parking lot and many others on campus (McMaster University Campus Master Plan) -- the residential block that was torn down was essentially all student homes anyways.

    Hamilton McMaster Graduate Student Residence | 97.9m | 30s | Knightstone | Diamond Schmitt

I would guess it's a pretty preliminary design and wouldn't take more credence to it -- more just reference for scale.

    Hamilton 1 Jarvis Street | 49.5m | 14s | Emblem Developments | Studio JCI

The glass wall bedroom is pretty common in small units in Toronto!

Hopefully the parking garage entrance won't be quite as noticeable when the second Mac tower next door gets built.

    Hamilton 75 James Condos | 108m | 34s | LIUNA | Graziani + Corazza

Is that the start of the final "step"?

    London 195 Dundas Street | ?m | 25s | Ayerswood | Turner Fleischer

Follow up: Probably already on your list of things to see, but I would highly recommend checking out the Covent Garden Market @rdaner. A highlight of the city IMO

I was in London last weekend for a concert and can confirm the central area is very dead feeling 😂 Condos going up but the increased density doesn't seemed to have helped improve the downtown at all. Lots of abandoned storefronts and homeless people

Thanks for consistently providing us with great drone shots @TheHonestMaple. Love the speed of this project so far.

    Hamilton 84 York Boulevard | ?m | 30s | Empire | Rafael + Bigauskas

If it truly had heritage value, wouldn't it have been designated years ago and not right when a developer wanted to build a significant amount of housing? Agree with above statements -- fully support heritage preservation, but I truly don't see the value of saving this building.

Hopefully the others rendering were just leaving out the landscaping details and it'll follow that final image you shred.

    Hamilton 125 Napier Street | 132.06m | 41s | Vrancor Development | NEUF

That's some serious density! Good stuff. EDIT: This is now 39+41 floors; 126m + 132m

    Hamilton King William Urban Rentals | 97.56m | 30s | LIUNA | Graziani + Corazza

I believe they had to since it was just solid cement underneath

    Hamilton 125 Napier Street | 132.06m | 41s | Vrancor Development | NEUF

Must be a mistake? This is literally one of the renders for 213 King St W

    Hamilton McMaster Graduate Student Residence | 97.9m | 30s | Knightstone | Diamond Schmitt

Hopefully! Wouldn't even know there was a parking garage there if that's the case.
