Does anyone know where I can get a TDS meter that is under 50$? I found a few on amazon but prefer going to a store. Would like to keep one handy with all the posts about the water after power outages...

I provided 4 cheques too at initial signing but that was for 20%. There is another 5% due at occupancy which I think everyone has too that had the 25% deposit structure

Does anyone know if the remaining deposit cheque is given to the lawyer or directly to the builder? I was told to give it to the lawyer but it doesn't seem right... The initial deposits didn't go through a lawyer

I'm on the 21st floor of tower 2 and my final occupancy date is Sept 8.. wonder why its later with an earlier phase. Has anyone noticed they have "anticipated" in that statement? It's not something they must or certainly do..
