You must not have been paying attention. When they did the groundbreaking, they did not use the ordinary dirt found in Toronto. They trucked in some fine black dirt from Manhattan. That is why they are able to charge the prices that they are for this property. No detail is too small folks.

Can't disagree with you that Trump usually raises real estate prices in the areas he has a building with his name on it. Although I do disagree with you about the value that a no-name luxurious building brings to a city. They don't create the buzz internationally for your city like you are...

I don't believe I was looking for your approval on my investment strategy. For you to even imply that the Trump property is a "fraud" tells me more about you then I care to know.

Finally, someone spelled out the real impact of Trump besides talking about his hair. In a nutshell your post is why I invest in Trump properties. What he has done for the high end real estate market in Toronto is the same thing he has done most everywhere he has a tower with his name on it...
