Registration and final closing will happen, finally. Our unit (top floor) will close on February 2, 2011; lower floor units already in January. No more occupancy fees, yeah!

I also would give the management company one year to proof that they are doing a good job in the condo owner's interest. The company knows the building and most of its owners and renters. I wouldn't want to take a risk the very first crucial year after registration when everything for everyone...

drywall all units up to the 24th floor have been dry-walled; the studs are up to floor 29. The building is coming along very nicely.

don't hold your breath and don't cancel your lease yet; occupancy of the building will start in March 2010 with the 3rd floor. After that every week or week and a half another floor will be occupied. So, if someone bought on the 27th floor, occupancy will most likely not happen before September...
