I called Boutique Condos about a week and a half ago and in the 1 Bed + Den all they had available was a 646sqft condo for $329,000. So thats almost $510/sqft now! A little bit out of my price range! I wish I could've gotten it at the original price. Oh well

I am a new condo buyer and just had a question about parking spaces. From I've been told, you should always buy a parking space if it is an option to you when buying a condo (new). I was just wondering from people with experience (and not just relying on word of mouth) if this was true...

I talked to one of the Sales Reps today and asked specifically about the Podium. He informed me that the earliest would be Fall '09 and that he has been told already that it won't be ready for the spring '09 date that is currently being promoted.

I was in there yesterday talking to the sales rep. It's still listed that it'll be ready for May '09 but he told me that he personally thinks that the realistic move in date will be fall '09

Does anyone know when the 'expected' completion date is suppose to be yet?

That's where the pricing is from! I saw that a few ago too but couldn't remember where it was from! Thanks :D

Anyone know if they still have 'affordable' condos for sale? I'll give them a call tomorrow ,but thought it might be easier to ask!
