Has anyone else seen the plaza that is starting to take shape at the SE corner of Confederation and Eglinton? Any word on the retailers moving in once it's completed? Also, does anyone else think that, based on the number of units going in, parking might be at a premium in the plaza?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't the artist renditions show Old Navy and Moxies in the new phase? That's a must since Holt Renfew will occupy their current locations. Also, isn't Shoppers moving back into the area after the phase is completed?

It will be the second biggest one in Canada, surpassed only by the recently-expanded Montreal store, and moving ahead of Ottawa's new(ish) IKEA.
