Thought I'd drop this here. I believe that the settlement offer was finalized, as Choice REIT fulfilled the settlement conditions. Not sure if they'd still have to wait for the general OPA 499 (Golden Mile Secondary Plan) Appeal to be finalized or if they could go ahead with the building permits.
