Sheppard and Allen is an excellent location I think, it is very similar to Sheppard and Leslie. The prices in these areas are still reasonable. If prices do not dip by the end of the year, can you afford anything more south?

hey zhouyanca - i've been very disappointed with the level of service with concord, its just bullocks there.. i am most likely cancelling the P&S agreement because the "outside occupancy date" is 2017, that means they can delay till then if they wanted to... does anyone know when the last day...

i like suite 01 because it has more light and is more open than the others. do projects ever finish building before the move in date??
