So Milborne Group picked this up? That is rather unusual sight to see them on the development side. I suppose the site is fully entitled and they can launch it themselves, and just hire construction management consultants to deliver the project.

Based on the project data sheets, it seems that Blocks B, C, D and E are all planned as purpose-built rental, whereas Block A is still a condo. Additionally, Block A and B are being delivered by Hazelview, while Fitzrovia (with AIMCo) is delivering Block C, D and E.
