reminds me a little bit of 1 University Ave. I agree that its nothing spectacular, but its waaaay better than the building the Archives was housed in.

I am still not sure whether I like the building or not. Yes, the exterior seem to be nicely finished, but I find the ground floor doesn't address the street that well. I do have to say though driving by in person, the building looks better.

Great photos! Re. Masala! Mehndi! Masti! Read on a Star article that the event lost Rogers as a sponsor, and that there will be some budget cuts for this year's event unfortunately. But it should still be good though.
