    TCHC: 501 Adelaide E / 288 King E (14s, aA)

^ yes, fair enough. It would've be 'my' dream scenario as I wouldn't mind renting at this location or in one of the TCHC buildings close to the Esplanade

    TCHC: 501 Adelaide E / 288 King E (14s, aA)

I would think it would be a good idea for TCHC to provide (with a set quota) a mixture of RGI and market rate housing within one building or within a TCHI community as a mandate based on the theory of mixed economic levels and social statues to maintain a good livable environment. From a...

    TCHC: 501 Adelaide E / 288 King E (14s, aA)

^ Not sure, but one of the questions asked on the forms I found on the TCHC website is how many family members are living with you. I suppose based on the information the applicant provides, TCHC will assign the appropriate unit.

    TCHC: 501 Adelaide E / 288 King E (14s, aA)

I do see this project as a positive step towards integrating the potential tenants, be it rent geared to income or market rate, to the area and revitalize this section of the city. From what I read, the building offers a good mix of larger - family sized units which on theory is a basis for a...

^ Are the glass used here the same or similar to the ones used at MLS? For some reason, I find these towers much more appealing than MLS.

    Markham Remington Centre | ?m | 33s | Remington Group | Kohn

^ Its just a rendering, so I can imagine that whatever is shown may be tweaked/revised etc etc. But wouldn't it be better if they moved the grey space where the water fountain is to the southwest corner of the site? Many people who bus it (and there are quite a few believe it or not) to P Mall...

    Toronto Centro Condos | ?m | 31s | Henderson | IBI Group

given its a HK developer, although designed by IBI (thanks Archivist!), the look of the buildings remind me of HK's apartments.

York University: Archives of Ontario (9s, Bregman and Hamann) COMPLETE

reminds me a little bit of 1 University Ave. I agree that its nothing spectacular, but its waaaay better than the building the Archives was housed in.

Arc Condo (Sheppard & Bayview, Daniels, 16s, Kirkor) COMPLETE

I am still not sure whether I like the building or not. Yes, the exterior seem to be nicely finished, but I find the ground floor doesn't address the street that well. I do have to say though driving by in person, the building looks better.

    my trip to toronto

Great photos! Re. Masala! Mehndi! Masti! Read on a Star article that the event lost Rogers as a sponsor, and that there will be some budget cuts for this year's event unfortunately. But it should still be good though.
