Agreed! This is one of the reasons why units in the West Tower (phase 1) are sold out in all the releases till today. Hence, East Tower (phase 2) got launched much sooner then expected to the Insider's few days ago. Check the Real Estate thread for more info.

Just so you know East Tower of Harbour Plaza Residences is released to Insider's sooner than expected. Price on a 14th floor is starting from $226,990. All the 1+Den units that are facing South East are already sold out in this release.

It's a good news for all the Massey Tower supporters. I was 99.99% sure that this building will get approved. :) I am hoping the ground breaking might start in the fall. Let me find out from my contact!

I was told that Menkes will be launching East tower very soon as the first release at Harbour Palza is completely sold out. This condo project is very well received.

Builder have released the "Harbour Collection" which is from floor 55 to 68 and has 9 foot ceiling. The largest unit is 1126 square foot which is a 3 bed South West facing unit. Below is a video of the views from the 55th floor...

I agree with you!! With prices starting from $576/sq.ft for Insiders there is no doubt that this condo project will be a great success.

Inside Info: I got my hands on 3 draft floor-plans (attached). Floor-plans are expected to release in about a weeks' time to the selected Platinum and Insider Agent community.

With the power of money and having right contacts in the political world you would be surprised as to what can be done and how impossible can become possible. :)

Approvals will be dealt with at the Community Council on February 26th. Given the overwhelming public support and the community benefits, the developer seems to be optimistic that the Council will approve the development.
