ICE has potential to be one of the best and most landmark projects downtown. Given its' height and perspective from the Island...I think a Traynor rendering showed it appearing almost as tall as FCP. It will be incredibly impressive coming into downtown along the Gardiner as well.

I think the most impressive view of FS is from top of Avenue Rd hill just south of St. Clair. It appears MASSIVE from that angle in relation to Yonge & Bloor cluster - can only imagine what an impressive cluster that will be once One Bloor, Casa 2, 42 Charles etc are added. Most cities anywhere...

Am in love with Shangri-La but they should have tried for 70 floors. As mind-boggling impressive it is from the north coming down University, I think ultimately it will disappoint a tiny bit from other perspectives.

Trump being so close to topping off for the life of me I just can't figure out how it will be 'taller' than Scotia. That 'spire' thingy will have to be VERY tall!

I live in the 'hood and everyone now raves about the positive change the Minto buildings brought to the environment. The NE corner is a prime spot for something about 45-55 stories as right now that retail strip is an embarassment. In the next 10yrs where possible on Yonge we may see Minto-type...

If Theatre Park can be built to 47 floors, then this site could easily handle something in that range. Bay St corridor is all about 50 floors these days.

I used to go to Diserio and others like Emporis...but I've stopped as they are so terribly outdated. I wonder if Diserio has ever even BEEN to Toronto? lol

I must agree UT - nowhere else in Canada do you have the employment opportunity, cultural diversity and advantages present as you have in Toronto. It's an exciting time for the city, however, I wonder if most Torontonians agree with this? Certainly there is 'anger' out there - at transit...
