Today:

They said they are pretty much 100% on schedule currently per the Daniels Rep at the Artworks sales event.

They started installing the window walls for the east tower as well.

Wonder why they didn't hide those hydro poles for this section when they had the ground dug up during construction.

Noticed some grey spandrel as well, but not as many as the daniels project. Was this project approved a long time ago? Noticed they are missing some newer building code requirement (higher ratio of solid wall to window for insulation, bird friendly fritted glass on the lower floors)

They probably will not do a proper clean until the building is complete (yes these guys still hasn't finished their job yet, some of the amenities and the gallery area is still under construction)

Is it due to this project was designed/approved prior to the new condo insulation rule that still allowed them to use the expansive wrap around wall to ceiling glass walls? Daniels Waterfront on the other hand had to put in those spandrel to meet regulation (as opposed to use better insulating...
