Maybe its a good thing that Bay Adelaide ended up being the height it is. If it had been any taller (5 to 10 stories) to me it seems that it would have taken away from the impact of Trump from certain angles.

That same size and scale of building would be perfect for the Queen West fire site. Hoping something similar eventually gets built there.

Has anyone heard anything on the fire site?? It will be great to see this project fill in the gap that was the parking lot. Some of the newer Port Credit developments, Lakeshore and Hwy 10 area would fit in great in the area affected by the fire.

Went is TLS for the first time last weekend, and thought "Get me out of here". What a POS!! It felt to me like a overgrown subway station. Makes me almost miss what was there before.

Would love to hear news of that section being rebuilt, with the same scale and similar looking buildings. The Portland St. condos hopefully will really help the area.

I was wondering the same thing too, if they were to hide the mechanicals it would probably add another storey or two in appearance.
