Interesting. I thought the entire retail space at X2 would be one big unit for a grocery store of some type. I didn't know it would be divided into 6 separate units.

Attached is a better image (I hope) of the Shayne Dark art scultpture that will be located at X2. The image was obtained from Great Gulf. I think the blue looks great against the dark cladding of the building. Plus I like that it is almost horizontal.

No problem. I received the X2 art image from Great Gulf but was in PDF format so I just took a pic of it from my phone camera and posted it. I don't believe you can post PDF images right?

Here is the image of the art piece that will be installed at the X2 site. I believe the 2 art pieces at X condos and X2 will be called "Double Take".

Yes, the height of the roof parapet will be increased to conceal the mechanical penthouse. The City of Toronto already approved this and I got confirmation from the City employee.

X2Buyer, which floor are you on? How was ur overall colour selection appointment and how long did it take to finish? Was it a pleasant experience? There is an option to upgrade to granite backsplash?? I thought it was only painted glass, etched glass, and marble tiles as the upgrade selection?

Yes that is correct. The mechanical penthouse for X2 will be covered.

I was just advised by a City of Toronto employee that the height increase for the roof parapet to hide the mechanical was approved by the committee.

X2 Colour Selections has now officially started. It is located at one of the townhomes at X. Are there any X2 buyers out there that can give us a description of the colour palette, standards, options, prices of upgrades, etc. thx!
