I think it's so ridiculous that Doug's mom sent that letter and that we're even talking about her. Who the hell is she? What has she done in her life apart from having these children? Has she ever had a job? Has she been in politics? Was she a councillor, MP, MPP, Prime Minister, Senator...

I think it's a little pretentious to call this an "endorsement". It's just a citizen's opinion on who he's going to vote for and why.

It would be interesting if council shifts to a more left-leaning, progressive stance with newly councillors elected yet the mayor we've chosen isn't the left-leaning, progressive candidate.

I couldn't make out the voice. It was a female reporter (but not from CP24).

In the post-debate scrum, Doug was asked if Lisi was working on his campaign and he adamantly denied it and said he's never met him. I believe he also said "next question" (or maybe I imagined that part). His demeanor made me wonder if that's the story that is apparently coming.
