According to the map I have its still phase 1, but its confusing, I've heard it advertised as phase 2. From what I've heard, the condos have sold out and there are only a handful of the townhomes left.

Does anyone know if the townhomes are still available? I don't like the congestion in the area but the townhomes with the rooftop terraces look pretty amazing.
