Thanks for the clarification. Really strange how they are gonna start selling another one when they have so much still to sell in KWLC's. Whats going on with the sales centre? Is it being shared for the new 'tower' sales or will that have a separate sales centre?

Ahhh...okay....this has to be a 'different' project. The orginal KWL building is on east liberty right next to Liberty Village towers.... Still not sure whats going on here, its hard to believe that Plazacorp would launch another project while they havent sold out in their other Liberty...

Does the information going out to the agents say where the building is located, that would help a lot! Also when is occupancy? Thanks!

Thanks....phase 1 was actually only 1/3rd of the original project. There was supposed to be 2 other phases (2&3) which I was assuming they would start selling in September. If they are continuing with the original project there definitely would not be enough room on the land for this tower...

I think if EV for the project failed and you pulled your money out you would get a small amount of interest on your money. If your purchase agreement goes ahead I cannot see them giving you more for your downpayment than the actual dollar value. Not sure though!

Another interesting thing i noticed (specific to phase 2) is that 1 + den suites are more expensive than 2 bedroom soho suites. The 2 bed soho are also larger in size but cheaper in price. Any idea why this would be the case?
