Renderings look great and good location!

    Toronto 450 Richmond West | 60.85m | 19s | DC Dev Corp | a—A

The rendering looks good! I don't think they'll get away with no residential parking in this location.

    Toronto Regent Park: Block 16 North | 43.58m | 15s | TCHC | RAW Design

I'm surprised they only have 1 drill going. The site is big enough site to have 2 drills working simultaneously.

If your realtor seems too busy for you, might be worth changing. Zoning submission was Sept 19, community meeting is today. Launch date will depend on City comments and zoning resubmission. Someone feel free to correct me but we can be looking closer to the end of 2018?

    Toronto 1103 Dufferin | 9.5m | 3s | Darren Voros | MGBA

I couldn't agree more, but based on the minimal setbacks and the street parking, I don't see a way to widen. If alternate parking locations were provided to eliminate street parking, then some progress could be made. Not realistic though.

    Toronto 1103 Dufferin | 9.5m | 3s | Darren Voros | MGBA

Thoughtless, sure. Ugly? Tough to say this is an ugly design when you compare it majority of the properties along this stretch. I do believe pre-set brick would fit better here.

    Newmarket Stratus Centre | ?m | 5s | Oskar Group | superkül

This is a groundbreaking application for Newmarket. I grew up near this site and am happy to see this quality of application here.

    Toronto 1103 Dufferin | 9.5m | 3s | Darren Voros | MGBA

I'm surprised as well based on density

    Toronto 1103 Dufferin | 9.5m | 3s | Darren Voros | MGBA

I would love to see more development along this strip of Dufferin. this area needs rejuvenation.

    Toronto 41 Garfella Drive | 34.44m | 11s | Ibrans Investments | Mataj

Not an attractive design. The lack of in-unit W/D is also a big negative.

    Toronto 15 Martha Eaton Way | 35.05m | 10s | First Gulf | Turner Fleischer

Interesting application....surprised it's only 8 storeys but nice change to the outdated high rise in this area.

    Toronto The Charlton Residences | 84.55m | 24s | Old Stonehenge | Core Architects

This will be a great addition for Weston Rd. With regards to the affordable housing concerns......the developer will need to make a section 37 contribution in the form of affordable housing or can provide funding towards community benefits. Either way, we are likely to see a small % of...

    Toronto 737 Bloor West | 14.72m | 3s | Terra Gold Properties | Kohn

Agreed. I could see a mixed-use development with retail/commercial at grade and two storeys of residential. Either way, the commercial would be an improvement to the current state.

    Toronto Catalyst at 77 Wade | 43.72m | 7s | Seeker Labs | DIALOG

Great design from BNC. This area is definitely in need of revitalization, but it's a long way from a niche mixed-use hub. The industrial properties to the south and north, along with the eye-sore Co-op apartment is likely not going anywhere for quite some time.

    Toronto 737 Bloor West | 14.72m | 3s | Terra Gold Properties | Kohn

Based on the neighbouring properties and Christie Pits to the north, I don't expect this to be much more than a 3-4 storey application

    Vaughan CG Tower | 188.97m | 60s | Cortel Group | BDP Quadrangle

The rendering looks great - the pre-set brick definitely stands out and is a nice change for high-rise. Lets hope they don't stray far for their application.

    Toronto 1211 Woodbine | 13.35m | 4s | Kayra Holdings | CLA

Good to see a proposal here....this stretch of woodbine needs some revitalization.

    Toronto Joya Condos | 42.6m | 12s | Marlin Spring | Graziani + Corazza

Another poor box design here. Maximizing GFA looks to be the main priority

    Toronto QueenChurch | 185.9m | 57s | Tridel | Kirkor

Sorry I meant Wilson Christon. If they are able to get the two parcels between Jazz and Mctamneys, we are looking at double towers here.

    Toronto QueenChurch | 185.9m | 57s | Tridel | Kirkor

Once the McTamney's is purchased, Pemberton is working with a large floor plate here
