we are in more than twice security guards have entered my suite for no apparent reason and the last time i complained to building management.next time it happens i will call the police.....security guards there are totally useless anyways so i suspect they they just want to steal...

we are in my thirty day list has been sent and received to tarion. now working on the late occupancy documents to submit.nothing on my deficiency list has been fixed after 18 days of occupancy.after a visit from a 'fixer' and scavolini they both said will call to make things right.

occupancy there has to be at least 3 months of solid work left to get the building habitable and 3 after to get it registered.floors 1 -6 should not be inhabited now as i see it but c'est la vie........we all get screwed............tomorrow i am starting the preparation of my tarion 30 day...

occupancy up to 6th is kinda ready my advice is get occupancy pushed back as far as you can fight it............longer mean more work done less hassle for you.demand a pdi before you occupy as many as it takes

occupancy i am on 6th no noise very quiet actually windows are great! no humidity control in units need humidifier make sure fan is on auto if its on all the time dust goes everywhere......there must be a filter as well on the unit some place i will have to check lots of stuff in air in halls...

where are those booties they are supposed to wear like the sleep country guys wear when they deliver?until the halls lobby area is clean its going to be tough on cleanlness..........do you have a parking and storage locker?

maintenance fees are supposed to be based on interior sq footage only.......hopefully parking garage will be ready by the end of the week .i am going into my unit tomorrow[sun] and hope to have oppucancy docs done this week........at my first pdi must say that i was disappointed overall but...
