Condo Inspection I've booked my condo inspection and was told that they are 99.9% sure the current dates (at least for floors 4-7) are accurate. Has anybody heard anything else interesting?

Does anyone have any new photos of the building? From the last update, it sounded like they were expecting all the windows to be installed in the first 7 floors around this time.

I have seen some on MLS a few months ago. If I remember correctly, most of the ones available were the 2 story penthouse units.

Garbage chutes are pretty useless when you recycle and compost. I had to make daily trips down to the garbage room at my old condo to get rid of recycling.

The webcam has been going on and off so it's been hard to keep track of what floor they're on, but my best guess is that they are currently pouring the concrete for what will be the base of the 6th floor, maybe the 7th.

There's been quite a bit of activity, they poured another floor and built some of the walls of units on the third floor. Keep an eye on the webcam.

If you decrypt the legalese in the purchasing agreement, there are some limits to how many times they can delay the move in date, and for how long. I don't think you get any compensation if any of those are exceeded, but you may get a chance to get your money back + from interest.

Construction seems to be going well, they have some parts built up to the third story.

The update sent in June said they estimated time to reach the ground floor would be "in about 2 months" - So about the end of August. It looks like they are about to finish pouring the concrete on the ground floor this week. This would lead me to guess that the project is already 2 months behind.
