I just noticed this and im sorry if anyone has mentioned this already but this buildings interior was used for a commercial about cough medicine? I think... the one with the spy girl suspended by the roof with all the dogs guarding the place

I like the look.... the box is fine to me..... And i like the top a lot.... The glass colour is ok in the render but too many buildings have that colour.... Darker would be nice... Im giving it a good chance

I dont exactly love the design..... I like it but not love.... Love the sports bar, square, shops, artistic thingy with the lights(sorry im kinda zoned out right now)

I like the height but for a scraper that noticable and important i excpected a lot more in terms of design.... The glass is nice colour though

Beautifully put... I agree that planning is key here with so much neglected land.... I see it like this.... Unlike a condo which has very limited amount of space, smaller budget, one simple, repetative goal....this land has the variety and space to create neighborhoods, parks, retail, office...
