Mississauga Celebration Square Redevelopment (CS&P Architects) COMPLETE

Ok, so they're still going to spend $40 million, but over four years. Honestly, all it really needs is a bigger skating rink for the winter. Otherwise the square could be nicer, but it's not so bad and the summer programming seems to attract more people every year.

Mississauga Celebration Square Redevelopment (CS&P Architects) COMPLETE

Mississauga hasn't come together because the focal point of the greater urban area it's part of is downtown. We'll be better off once we finally accept this collectively and cast aside our counterproductive pretensions to independence.

    We HATE Toronto!

I had the urge to quote these for the sheer amount of succinct truth in them. A bit disheartening, but beautiful nonetheless and cause for optimism. We really are just starting to grow out of our awkward adolescence.

When that day comes, I'll go to Davisville on my Presto card and dance in their lobby.

    TTC launches 'e-alerts' for riders

Hopefully this'll be nothing like GO Transit's e-news, which notifies you of a stalled train about an hour after being stuck behind it all night.

No problem! I figure since I have a front row seat, UT should have one too. Can't post popcorn yet unfortunately, but at this rate we probably won't need it for a while.
