    dropped by the sales center a few weeks ago since i was at the mall ..... looks like tower 4 is around 80% sold ..... they're launching tower 3 in around Mar and they hope to break ground in Oct 2010. Rumours has it they are adding a few more floors to tower 4 ......I think this development...

    in a hot market (like right now) they probably reject 90% of your lawyers amendments because if you don't buy it, someone else will .... they may give you a few caps to the fees but that doesn't mean much since the caps are high anyways. Just stick with a reputable builder (not remington LOL)...

    Pantages / Opus Condos (Intracorp) - Real Estate -

    hotel condos are risky .... lots of parties, noise and people pretty much trashing the place due to the lack of ownership. As stated before, maintanence fees are ridiculously high. You also have the risk of the hotel going bankrupt .... but i'm not sure what the implications are on that one.

    Arc Condo (Sheppard & Bayview, Daniels, 16s, Kirkor) COMPLETE

    outside looks great .... inside, not so much. Definitely not a luxury building as all suite owners do claim on mls. I don't have high expectations when hearing the name Daniels though, they've build decent stuff but craftsmanship and quality leaves much to be desired.

    so for 581 sq ft (The Spire unit), it's $331k +$30k for parking which comes to $361k ......:D , at yonge & sheppard. With all due respect, this could be the biggest flop in the history of condo selling.
