    The city backed-out of it's "Artscape" space (original podium) due to a lack of funds. I don't know much about this space other than it would have been space for Toronto to "celebrate the arts". Now they're spending $42 million on Nathan Phillips Square.

    Anybody have insight on who has been or who might be awarded this parcel? It's strange because WT hasn't been very public with this parcel of land. Last I recall, developers presented their plans for Bayside, but that was back in the winter months. Any news on this?

    Oh no, maybe they should evacuate the building . . . . . Come on yyz, do you really think there is NO heating? I doubt there's a problem with the boiler, brand new systems need a bit of a "break-in" period. There's heat, but it may not be the 90 degrees everyone wants.
