Saying that, with 3 bedroom condos in the area presumably occupied by families with children, a Walmart would be economically practical for them (even though they are living in million...

A Walmart Superstore would be nice but not likely. The prices would certainly give Longos, Sobeys, and Loblaws in the area a run for their money.

Advertising and artwork for the condo are up in the Path portion inside the building. IMO looks good than the plain white walls.

At the site today (Dec 27) New street lights up, after some weathering the wooden post should look like the rest. Water edge promenade ready with benches and lights. All this before construction of the actual condo and office building. Maybe the promenade will be open to public access during...

With frequent use and the wear and tear of the new paved road by heavy construction vehicles, I think they will repave it again near the end of construction.

The progress of Merchants' Wharf. I guess the paved asphalt sidewalk is temporary for the construction, but its kind of funny to see spaces for the trees :confused:

Sucks that there won't be any direct access to the PATH system from Ten York. Unlike with the other condos in the area (ICE and Harbour Plaza) :(

Like the Backstage on Esplanade, such a small piece of land. Can't wait to see how that turns out.

That's the risk condo owners take. All views of the lake will be blocked by something unless u live directly along the shore line.

I wonder if the parking lot next to the demolition is part of it. All of my parking spots are slowly being taken away. First Lumiere, then the Sick kids research tower and now hopefully not this one.
