This is the first time I’ve noticed they already installed the window coverings. I couldn’t be happier about the color they chose, especially seeing the contrast of what the white blinds did to L-tower (on the left).

We share the same sentiment @ushahid. I was a little disappointed to see the balconies disappear on this project (even though aesthetically it looks cleaner). Personally I don't think I could live in a condo without some sort of private access to outdoor space... and fresh air.

Does anyone have any opinions on condos without balconies? I'm looking at this and getting claustrophobic...

There was quite a large meeting of construction workers standing out front this morning. Possibly a big day today?

I drive by the site for work every day and nothing has changed for the balcony guards yet.

Does anyone have a bird's eye view of the overbuild park? I’m dying for an update here. I think last we heard they were pumping soil up there.

https://pin.it/2KEaEpP I would have to disagree. The “buttoned up” version was actually quite elegant. I’m not entirely seeing that it was “busting at the seams”. But, I’m also not upset about the new iteration either. This building is in good hands with HPA. Edit: to show thumbnail for context

The “canopy” over the tracks? I thought that was part of the plan — hopefully it wasn’t just added in the renderings for the aesthetic

I was thinking the same thing. The “wall” of condos going up by the lakeshore is going to be quite impactful. I’ll post another update later when the view changes a bit more
