I haven't seen the sign, but there are indeed supposed to be more townhouses going up between the condo parking lot and King William Crescent. I can't see how they'd be able to fit very many of them in the limited space, though.

That particular photo was a vertical panorama composed of several shots stitched together in the camera. Frankly, I'm kind of surprised it turned out as well as it did! :D

The new yellow crane is number 8 on this site. Maybe they switched to different colours to identify the cranes because they were running out of letters of the alphabet...

A quick progress update: January 7, 2012

Granite counters with undermount sinks in the kitchen and bathrooms are standard, but "double pencil edge" on the counters is an upgrade.

Great pics! Thanks for posting them. Looks like there's a lot of choices available. What do those little dots on some of the samples mean? Are those standard finishes? How were the prices on the upgrades, if you don't mind my asking? Some of the upgraded hardwood looks nice, but not if it...

Sadly, I have no such credit, so I'll have to be more frugal :) I had been wondering about upgrading the cabinets, but I wasn't sure how much of a choice we'd get. Do you remember what options were available? Thanks for sharing the info, btw!

Has anyone gone to select their features & finishes yet? I'd be interested to know what the prices are like on the various upgrades, etc.

True, but Tralee and Pemberton have had dealings together in this area before. From what I've been able to gather on the web, for example, Tralee sold the Pemberton group the land where "Miracle at Yonge" is being constructed. I'd be interested to hear more about Tralee actually, if anyone...

I'm going to guess it will be two twenty-storey buildings, going by this proposal on the OMB website: http://www.omb.gov.on.ca/e-decisions/pl110294-Oct-11-2011.pdf

Both buildings have now reached a full 12 storeys. There are also a few windows that have appeared on the north side of Building A. November 5, 2011

There's a large plot of vacant land on the west side of Red Maple Rd between High Tech and Bantry Ave where this could be going. I believe Solaris once said that this land belongs to the Pemberton Group, so it would make sense for it to go there.
