Sheppard wing has some office equipment inside. Is it for the upcoming FedEx office? anonymous0024, thanks for your effort--looks like you have covered almost all new construction sites in NYCC!

FedEx? Not the best tenant to animate this corner... I hope the remaining tenants will be appropriate. It looks like they are close to opening:

    Richmond Hill Yonge Line 1 North Subway Extension | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

I think Sheppard would be used as both cross-town and transfer line to get to downtown from Scarborough and North York (whose combined population is more than a million). Considering the low transit use in York, I doubt it will serve a million people...

    Richmond Hill Yonge Line 1 North Subway Extension | ?m | ?s | Metrolinx

Sheppard had projected ridership at 14K back in 80s... It overestimated growth of employment in NYCC and SCC, but it also failed to account for the demographic factors. Low ridership on Sheppard Line has to do with wealthy, suburban-type car-oriented population living in the corridor...

The west gates were open on Sat, so I was lucky to get close to the edge. I was wondering if there any public space at Nestle building...

It is too narrow! I am a bit puzzled with the design of this building; it could have been both deeper and wider. Otherwise, why build a useless second floor.

Nice view! Thanks for updates! Here is a ground-level view from Yonge: Back of the building, south-east corner. What you see is not three-stories but a P5 and main level split in two:

AD27 refers to possible height increase he suggested a few months ago and that has not materialized (unfortunately). I don't think this project on schedule; there was an undergound water problem, which slowed down the progress considerably.

Metrolinx: Sheppard East LRT (In Design)

Is 3000pphpd projection for SELRT? I recall that the recent TTC projection (amended from previous projection for 2011) quoted between 6-10 pphpd for a complete Sheppard Line (Downsview to SSC). Besides its been too short to serve as a north crosstown, I think there is another reason for low...

Toronto Spadina Subway Extension Emergency Exits | ?m | 1s | TTC | IBI Group

I thought that Jane LRT was going to terminate at Jane and Steeles, which is 400m west of Steels West station. Maybe they meant Oshawa LRT that nfitz referring to? At the same time, they fail to mention any preparation for Finch LRT at Finch-Keele station.
