I find it odd that they use "Landmark" and "Development Potential" in the same ad. Do you guys think there is still the potential of someone trying to add 80 stories on top of this building?

Its probably unlikely that we will get to see the fountain working this year. I doubt they will fill it and then immediately drain it for winter.

This is the first time I noticed the squares on INDX have lighting.

Yeah I'm with you on that. I really hoped it would all be black. Once the building is done... I will photoshop the pics so the top is black. Then we can imagine its actually that way :)

I wish that would happen.... but seems unlikely.

I think what bugs me most about this building is the name. "Velocity" would imply some sort of action, movement or excitement... this building has none of that.
