    Toronto One Bloor East | 257.24m | 76s | Great Gulf | Hariri Pontarini

A Harveys is apparently coming soon to the old Licks location on Eglinton just east of Yonge. The sign has been up for a few weeks now, but it doesn't look like any work has started.

    333 Queen St W (3s, Aedifica) COMPLETE

I remember a Committee of Adjustment application for this property a few years ago. At the time, it was proposed as a Guess and a Marciano store. If my memory is correct, it was to look like two store fronts, but be connected at the back. Who knows if that is still accurate.

Help: Steps to sever your lot

I’ve done a couple severances through the Toronto and East York C of A. Here are my thoughts on the process and your questions. I agree you should approach the Planner assigned to your area, as well as the Councillor beforehand to see if they would support your application or at least not...

    Toronto Aura at College Park | 271.87m | 78s | Canderel | Graziani + Corazza

On my journey through City Hall today, I swung by the C of A and checked out the file. To quote the planning rationale provided by Hunter Armstrong & Associates "NO increase in the project's size in terms of gross floor area (max 107,500 square metres) and number of floors (75)." Also, the...

I didn't see a thread for this project, but if it exists, please delete/merge this post. Going to the Committee of Adjustment tomorrow: To demolish an existing one storey building and to construct a seven-storey retail and office building. I haven't seen renderings, but at least it's...

    Pedestrian streets in TO?

A section of Gould Street and Willcocks Street is suppose to be closed later this month to create pedestrian only streets at Ryerson and U of T. I think it's a one year pilot project. I remember Hume writing an article on it or maybe it was a video.
