I remember a Committee of Adjustment application for this property a few years ago. At the time, it was proposed as a Guess and a Marciano store. If my memory is correct, it was to look like two store fronts, but be connected at the back. Who knows if that is still accurate.

Random fast food news, Harvey's is opening up where the Lick's use to be on Eglinton East (near Yonge). Not sure of the exact date, just saw the announcement banner this afternoon.

The Blockbuster near Yonge and Eglinton (110 Eglinton Ave East) finally went under. I'm not sure exactly when, but I just noticed this morning on my way to work.

Only two trees left now. Looks like the Peace Garden will be bald by the day's end.

Yeah, I don't really know. I went back and took a couple shots with my phone from the ramp/podium.

Walked by today. The Peace Garden is fenced off and it looks like they are beginning to take it apart. Trees have been removed.
