i predict moderate decrease in june 2010 (median) for gta. -5-10%.

if you can bear the risk i think it's better to go variable. there are only a few times in history that fixed has performed better. however if you're the type that loses sleep over things like this - go fixed.

we would be very lucky if the market stays flat. it's going to be hard to dodge a global bullet of this size. I think the june 2010 numbers will be less.

I only went into the third floor units. they were nicely staged. they were all 1 bdrms, and a tad on the small side.

went by today to look at the units. seemed like it has attracted a lot of interest. overall the units were nice, but i was unimpressed with the flooring- wood laminate.

i think this will be a hiccup...certainly not the beginning of another rally. i'm happy to hear that the gta market is weathering the storm, but i think it's delaying the inevitable. i'm curious to know what other people on the forum think the june 2010 numbers will be. i think we will see...
