Banks won release the loan unless they reach %70-%75...Southcore said they are starting in three months.

Surprise they even reached the %75 level of sales.The layouts was terrible.

Hope they make it look half decent,so many of these small build looks awful...

I heard from a real estate friend that there is a huge spike in renters leaving before their rental agreement is completed,has any condo landlords experience this themselves.

I dont like the design,reminds me a of a 1970 office building...way too mundane lacks character.

You Artist?....anyone that can hold a brush think they are artist.Hell even the taggers think their stupid graffiti is art.You think %90 of those in the trendy cafes on Queen Street have anything job related with "art"?..

Yes I realize its a building code issue just imagine your on the top floor and have a wrap around windows of little italy in your living room...still dont understand the hate for this design..it look nice.

The design actually looks nice I dont like the colour though.Too bad they couldnt have windows on the side wall but more than likely it get blocked if the next door owners decide to develop their property.

feel sorry for the old age home those who have balconies will lose their view.

disagree Chinatown has some great grocery stores,cheap and fresh.I know restaurant owners that goes to Chinatown and bypass Kessington for the fruits,seafood and veggies.

actually it burnt down because of a illegal grow op and insurance company refused to pay for the claim,owner wanted to build a higher project about 6 stories and was denied by the planning department.So now it sits empty..

CityPlace is a good project,not great.There are so many short term leasing or sub leasing you will eventually get higher rate of wear and tear on the amenities.People there seem to be well off but on the other hand police calls to this area is very high.Mostly noise and drunkingness calls but...

Glad to see that finally Spadina is getting to renew itself north of Queen...two new condo projects,high end Starta restaurant open,lots of new small non asian cafes and restaurants south of College,Grossman is trying for a permit to build a new condo/business for its property.

Nothing exceptional about design but it doesn't stand out from the rest of the area homes which the residences wanted.I still think Toronto condos are boring as hell with the exceptions of a few like the Absolute condos.Chicago has some amazing small condo/loft projects and San Francisco...

agree you buy a loft and now you spent another $10000 for renovations to make it look presentable but now its a condo.

The Entrance to 1 Valhalla is pretty tight also,is there suppose to a larger round about for that building?...over all its pretty nice building,excess to the TTC is some what difficult but its a nice project.
