With regards to upgrades, -does anyone know whether we can have it so the builder doesnt install the kitchen backsplash? I'd rather pick my own and install myself. Just seems stupid to have to remove the standard tiles if I know that Im going to change them once I move in.

I'll take your word for it since I dont know much about Tridel, -but from that picture Whirlpool and Amana look almost identical (especially where the oval logo/badge is placed on the products)

assuming that the unsold units were in the floors that were removed (or at least he majority of them), -this more or less increases your sales/sold ratio (because there are effectively less unsold units).
