    Rob Ford's Toronto

Ford obviously doesn't enjoy his duties as mayor. I wonder, if secretly he's hoping that the judge boot him out? That would give him an oppportunity to fade from public office, or continue his pig headed fight that he'll be back in 2014 just to show those pinko leftiest that the taxpapers of...

    Rob Ford's Toronto

I have never heard a CBC, Star or even Globe and Mail reporter, refer to right leaning conservatives as righties, or fascists, or fanatic extremist, yet pretty much every political story story from Sun Media, radio 1010, 680, 740 use derogatory comments to describe non conservative politician. I...

    Toronto Pinnacle One Yonge | 345.5m | 105s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

No kidding. But if you recall Pinnicale's marketing hype around Success 1 & 2, these were the most unique buildings ever built. That's why I laugh whenever the word iconic is used to describe a condo building in TO. Rarely, if ever, has there been one.

    Rob Ford's Toronto

Ford has no problem finding time for a photo op with American celebrities, Chappelle today, Ferrell & Galifianakis last month, but is too busy to meet with any local artists or groups. Talk about selective association.

    Rob Ford's Toronto

Could this be Ford's first relization that things like, well maintained fountains, monuments, trees, gardens, parks and god forbid public art, actually enhance a city and aren't a waste of taxpapers dollars? Nah, I think he likes the fountains in Edmonton because they're in Edmonton. If they...

    Rob Ford's Toronto

The obvious solution is to have a "Where is Rob, now" traffic report, notifying responsible drivers to stay clear of his where-a-bouts. Maybe a website connected to his car's GPS so that you can plan your daily commute around him. Then again, he doesn't start out for work until 10:00, so most...

    Rob Ford's Toronto

If Ford reads the way he speaks, then it would have taken him at least 30 seconds to read a 6 word sentence. Looking away while driving for more than a second or two, is dangerous, regardless of why you looked away.

Ford is an A-hole. Period! If/when he causes an accident, hopefully he'll be the only one injured.

Multiple Victims of Shooting in Scarborough

I keep on hearing the the cause of much of this violence is disenfranchised youth. When over 30% of them are not interested in going to school past grade 9, because they're bored, don't get it or not challenged, they'll find other things to do. A solution? Broaden the offerings of what is...

    Is CityPlace Toronto’s next ghetto?

Reasons why something like this will never be built in Toronto. Colourful. Interesting Design. Great public space. Green roofs. Nice interior spaces. Footprint uses most of the site. No window wall. Not green or grey.

If it's all an act, then he's just an over paid professional A**hole.

    Rob Ford's Toronto

Don Cherry is a very real entitled, over 50, overweight, white male, who beliefs are based on a world he thinks exsisted 60 years ago. Someone should tell him the his ideal post WWII world, never was, it was a fantasy created by the politics and media of the day. He, the Ford's and their types...

Didn't relize that Ford uses 911 like a personal complaint service. I have never called 911 in the 50 + years in TO, nor has anyone I know called them except for a neighbour, after his wife had a fall. He must live in a constant state of fear.

    Toronto The Pemberton | 215.79m | 68s | Pemberton | a—A

That doesn't make sense. 99.6M difference in 14 floors?? Either the numbers are wrong, or the shorter tower is going to have low ceilings or the taller one is going to have a spire or other roof top feature. Although a 20M mechanical floor is pretty extravagant!

    Rob Ford's Toronto

Agree. Council doesn't do things because they hate the mayor. They do things because it's their job, to collectively come to consensus on issues presented to them. If anything, the mayor isn't doing his job. Part of which is to build support for his ideas on how to make the city a better place...

    Toronto 50 Bloor Street West | 230.11m | 70s | Morguard Corporation | Pellow + Associates

The problem with Tory is that he is too agreeable! Listened to his show a few times and it usually goes like this on any given topic. -Tory gives his opinion. -Guest 1, agrees with Tory. -Guest 2 opposes Tory. -Guests 1 & 2 debate. -Tory agrees with both positions. - Caller 1 has a third...

Guessing, slightly higher than where the tip on the crane is now.

    Future Westbank Project (Bjarke Ingels)

Possible sites? The mostly likely sites for this development are the NE or SE corners of Don Mills Rd. and Eglinton Ave. Or better still, both!
