Could you imagine buying a pre-con condo today and waiting till 2019 for it to close when you could easily buy a condo today and move in within 3 months (or less) instead. Or you could rent and move in within a month.

The dental office is scheduled to open soon (or already is). Also, UMEKEN USA opened up a few months back - their first location in Canada I believe. A medical centre is not very enticing - I guess no one can afford the ridiculous rental costs of the units.

Town homes have become ever increasingly costly, especially newer builds. Infact, in many areas, town homes are hitting ridiculous numbers. The bottom line is, home ownership (homes and town homes even) is out of reach for many.

I lived in X condo a few years back. Thank god I rented :)
