    do you think Pushing back on Legacy's occupancy date will have some impact on Ultra as well ? With the sales being slow already - IMO they will considerably push back on Ultra's occupancy as well.

    I am hearing great about Legacy too. This project has been talked about for a long time and to see it get built is very interesting. I guess with all the condo developments happening in surroundings - once all is done, the area will look decent.

    Nice pictures Solaris, this appears to be the podium level for Ultra (isnt it). I am not too sure but the way site plan appears for Ultra, it seems like the tower for phase 2 will be more towards the corner. It seems like they have a lot more digging to do for the tower. dont you think ?
