Fair enough! I feel towards the middle of next year there would be a clearer indication of when eglinton lrt will open. There are no other projects in the area that are approved and can go on sale except this one. (aspen ridge is waiting on block 9 and 8 approval at their don mills and eglinton...

That would mean we could see pre construction condos go on sale probably early next year if this offered next week? Would that be a fair timeline? or are we still years out.
