Not sure if this has been brought up before... but are there plans on recladding the existing tower now that this podium has a completely different glass and vibe than the rest of the building?

So far the glass is looking really nice on the podium. I think that bodes well for the rest of the tower. Let's hope so!

Is there a future Vaughn rendering anywhere with a skyline including all the proposed buildings in place? I'm curious what it'll look like with everything completed together.

For CItyPlace these are pretty alright. Definitely no signature tower though. But, I do think the height does add to the area for sure.

This building was one of those rare ones that look exactly like the rendering and the buyers got what they expected IMO... at least as far as the exterior. Nice addition to the city.

This view of Humber Bay weirdly reminds me of the super early Cityplace renders from the early aughts 👀 ...best image I could find unfortunately.

But why oh why are they not adding the black panelling to the top of one side of the tower? It's like this on each tower, but on different sides, right? whyyyy???? If they ran out money or parts or whatever, maybe paint it black? The buildings are okay, especially as filler buildings. But...
