New signs up all over the neighbourhood. Is this development even considered high density? The surrounding apartments seem to be pretty much the same density?

Thankfully they are single detached homes and no mention of affordable housing so the NINBY’s can take a break on this one lol

Key is pretty well known in the community. Deep pockets (apparently) to fund flyers in all the mailboxes, deep pockets to put up maybe 100 lawn signs illegally all along Bayview and the surrounding area, well known to the trustees, the MPPs and the councilors in the area. It will be interesting...

Yup! Have already written the project with my support, also raised the issue of this group spreading misinformation with their illegal street signs to “stop the back room deals”. Will be at the meeting to voice my support.

I was surprised to see how well organized the NIMBY’s in this neighbourhood are. In the opposition to the modular housing on Cummer they were actively searching for an alternate site, in an area with less political capital than them, that they could push the development to and that community...

there are A LOT of lawn signs all over the area about how Tridel's proposal is not appropriate. I feel like we're the only non-NIMBYs in this neighbourhood lol. Can't build modular housing on cummer, can't intensify along finch, can't build on St. Joseph's property. BANANA!

Live in the neighbourhood and got a fancy flyer in the mail opposing this development. Facebook group with no names attached has popped up to oppose the development with a bunch misinformation.
