Who is going to use this in an office tower? Overflow for anyone who couldn't find a "hot desk" at the office upstairs?

It's weird - look at the concession spaces - there's not much on the shelves and you could glance at them in an instant but they have chairs there as if a customer (maybe a husband) will need to rest on.

Looks pretty sparse in there.

I was thinking that more people would carry more cash in their wallets (ie $100) and withdraw whenever near an ATM.
