I have not seen any progress in the City of Toronto website. You may want to contact Dream if you know someone who is willing to answer. I know in April they submitted a bunch of application forms to City and perhaps they are still waiting for the assessment to complete.

The last update I am aware of is that on March 11th the project team submitted a new partial permit (Shoring - application). I am not knowledgable and not sure what it means tho.

They also sent another email to notify us that important dates may be impacted due to the pandemic.

I forgot to say I have not received the letter but would wait until March 17th then will follow up.
