I work in this building. It seems pretty well occupied. My company is a tech company and I know for sure there are a few other startups in there. There is a cross training place on the ground floor along with a travel agents and obviously the CityMarket too. I know there is a 'breather' space...

I lived in Luna Vista for a couple of years. Only complaint was elevators. There were times I was honestly waiting 20 minutes. They don't open the doors to the stairs without you fighting them on it. Other than that it is pretty good. I just don't understand how they allow 3 elevators to serve...

Hahaha! Yes! I brought this point up a few months ago too. Everytime I see a photo form this thread or the Sugar Wharf thread or any of the developments in that area it is the first thing I think of! It is really bugging me. I just want to know how they are going to do it?

I definitely love it from Richmond St. itself, just the sheerness of it is impressive when you are standing across the street directly below it or you are walking West on Richmond and you see it coming up ahead of you.

I was walking down Niagara St. yesterday evening and glanced up and saw these towers, wasn't expecting to see them from there, monstrous.

I was watching this from my balcony last week for a few minutes and it was so tedious it was actually making me sort of anxious looking at it! One of this things where you would do a certain amount in 10 minutes and then try and beat that record just to keep it interesting:D
