This letter was very interesting. It seems the City is at fault here. Of course Brookfield is self-interested but their position seems reasonable.

Who owns the parking garage, Larco or Brookfield? It’s a bit dilapidated and needs to be rethought …

It has, some units are for rent. And for eye watering prices I might add.

Changes from the meeting. Reduction in height by 4 storeys, removal of some balconies, widened sidewalks. City planning is going to recommend that this revised settlement is accepted.
