    they have several floors above to create tension... but also the corners should cancel out some of the pulling force since the corner floors will be under compression from the pulling force of the tension members. but i also think the super columns would laugh at the little amount of weight...

    Yes but these plans show small units on 79 - 87.. these units are all LARGE high rise units 2400 sqft quarter floors. it also shows the walls being thicker and more extensive then lower floors which makes no sense at all

    The builder told me they are targeting an average of 14 days slab to slab... so 7 days would be a miracle

    guessing that interior framing is first pieces of self climbing form work system for elevators... it will constantly climb and pour then they back fill the floor after?

    I would guess they top out in 3 years... 2 weeks per floor x 74 floors = 3 years. I say topped out summer 2025. lower floors will be occupied by this time. completion in 2026.
