Only the (non Blue Night) Finch routes (36, 39/939) need to stop at the bus terminal. 97F doesn't need to serve Finch; it only does so because Finch is a current line 1 terminus. 42 and 125 can interline/merge and stop at Cummer/Drewry.

The corridor passes much closer to Sunnybrook Park stop than Science Centre station, although Science Centre has the Ontario Line.

Then they will run into the same problem the Scarborough RT had/has. The line will have to be closed for duration of the rebuilt. Don Mills also seems to be on top of a hill; Sheppard slopes down east and west of the station, so the incline needed to surface the line would probably be steeper...

They might have to launch a TBM anyways for the 404 crossing.

If they do decide to extend line 4 eastward, it should go right to Agincourt in the first phase. No point launching in TBM for < 2 km.

What I meant is for the U-turns be on the cross street, not Eglinton. If you want to turn left at Birchmount, you'd turn right and then make a U-turn on Birchmount; or maybe that also messes up the signal priority?

Weren't there plans to add U-turns on the cross streets (smaller version of Michigan-left) to accommodate left turn removals?
