My guess is, the 'sold out' refers to released floors only and the developer is holding onto more floors to release later at a higher price tag. Or perhaps its true. Its not a tall building and the floor plate doesn't have that many units. Perhaps sold to investors.

Thats great Kyle753. Great layout with enough space and at a steal of a price. You can always make the second bedroom a den or tv room if it's only you in the space, and there is definitely room to upgrade to an island if you dont mind a smaller dining table.

I dont have any answers for you stm, but I think what you are experiencing is very standard for new builds. It's almost certain you should expect delays without any real reasoning.

floor plants seems great. The building is to be 24 stories high designed by RAW architects.

I disagree. Im not a big fan of how Five condos is turning out. It looks poorly executed with the greyish glass and you can see the separation of floors or whatever that is. So Im just as skeptical for Massey Tower.

Great news. My purchase of agreement stated they were looking to start June 12th, but realized construction start dates are so wishy washy. Hope this news is true :)
